The All Pakistan Oil & Gas Employees Federation was formed through the unification of oil and gas sector unions to strengthen workers’ representation and the trade union movement in Pakistan.
APOGEF works through peaceful, constitutional and legal means to secure better terms and conditions, promote workplace dignity, protect workers’ rights and build constructive social dialogue.
